A father and son from Pensacola were both presented with awards earlier this month for the successes of their family’s business, ITL Solutions.

The company’s CEO, Harold Griffin Sr., was presented with the National Movement for Human and Civil Rights Community Service Award at a Nov. 19 ceremony for the services that the business provides to residents in need. 

His son, Harold Griffin Jr., was named Young Entrepreneur of the Year on Nov. 16 at the Studer Community Institute’s EntreCon 2020: Business and Leadership Conference.

As ITL Solutions’ vice president of business development, Griffin Jr. has been the driving force behind the company’s astonishingly rapid expansion over the past five years.
